Todd W. Reichert

Todd brings to the Mullin Law Group a strong background in litigation and a familiarity with the Washington Courts at both the trial and appellate level. Prior to joining Mullin Law Group, Todd spent a number of years practicing general civil litigation and has represented a variety of professionals, corporate entities and insurers in a wide array of issues and disputes. In 2010, Todd was named a “Rising Star” by Washington Law & Politics magazine.

Todd began his legal career as a Deputy Criminal Prosecutor at the King County Prosecutor’s Office. At the Prosecutor’s Office, Todd handled a large number of criminal matters and gained valuable trial experience. Todd then took a position as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Tom Chambers at the Washington State Supreme Court. Todd assisted Justice Chambers on a number of legal issues that were before the Court, ranging from corporate and securities law to professional liability.

Todd was born in Renton, Washington and grew up in South King County. He graduated with honors from the University of Washington in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He then attended Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2004.

Outside of the office, Todd has been involved with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program of Puget Sound and has also provided extensive policy and research assistance to a number of elected political officials and representatives. Todd enjoys basketball, hunting and fly-fishing as well as spending time with family and friends.
